Booking and cancellation terms

Booking. Your booking is binding once you receive the confirmation message. Prices include VAT.
Self-service rental and guided tours. Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the start. After that we do not refund. In winds over 8 m/s you can move a self-service rental free of charge if you tell us before the rental starts.
Courses and corporate bookings. Cancellation period is 7 days before the start.
Tour cancellation. Guided tours run with at least four participants. If we cancel due to numbers, weather or ice conditions, you get a refund or can move your booking.
Safety. Self-service rental requires swimming ability, and at least one person in the group must have paddled before. Under-15s paddle with an adult. A life jacket must be worn on the water at all times. The renter is responsible for the gear during the rental.
Late return. Unannounced late returns are charged the extension price (€10) for every started hour.
